Mr. Dogood

When doing your research on the different suspects, you discover that Mr. Dogood has been depositing more money into his bank account than he usually does.  You wonder if he had been paid to steal Fluffy.  When you talk to him and ask him questions, he says that the reason he is depositing more money is because he received a raise in pay recently, which is true.  But does the increase in pay match the increase in his deposits?  Let's check it out:

Old salary: $600 a week.   Old deposits: $120 a week
New salary: $650 a week.   New deposits: $130 a week
